Let me tell you something.

I ordered these sneakers on the 27th of June, I did not receive them until the 4th of August and this is why.

A delivery arrived on the 4th July, very happy, very efficient and all the items were perfect, except for one. The Jordan 1 low, I received the wrong size, they were meant to be a size 7 men’s but I received a size 7 women’s, i tried but they did not fit at all. I had to return them. I emailed the company’s email address and spoke Nano. Nano replied immediately, prompt. They ask me to send a photo of my shoes I sent a photo but apparently it was the wrong photo, I sent it again, Nano replied with the exact same email, it seemed very generic, no love. My partner and I both did not know what the sole of the a shoe was, so we just took a ton of photos and sent it through. Sorry this was on me. so I sent again, again they replied with a generic message. Then for the third time finally he explains to me what the sole was. I take a photo of the sole and send it, no problem still. a few weeks have past now, I tried following up on this matter. No reply, after no reply. A month has past since my purchase I get an email saying it’s on the way, again with another very generic email.

I finally received my shoes on the 4th of August with a pair of socks that don’t even fit me (nice try), literally a month after my purchase, I find this very inconvenient and frustrating that this happened. I needed them for an event, but had to compromise.

Honestly, a month is abit long, it would have been okay there was some sort of reassurance or some sort of communication on days or replying would be nice. I just felt forgot about. Even though none of this (beside not knowing what sole were), was my fault. I know you guys don’t give a shit, but just FYI your customer service is terrible and you need to up your game. I’m telling you this so that this won’t happen to someone else if you give a shit. I will not be purchasing from you guys ever again and I will be telling my friends and family that yous are shit.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered these shoes on July 30. August 1 got a notice they were shipped. Tracked the package and said it got to LAX on August 2. Then nothing. It’s been 12 freaking days since the last update. Still don’t have shoes. No update on the tracker where it is since August 2. I can't get ahold of someone to talk to or get a refund. I’m giving it until the end of the week and if I still can’t get ahold of someone I’m contesting the charges with my bank. Unreal. Do not buy from footlocker.

I was happy with my purchase. I had been looking for these or the panda nike dunks but they were sold out everywhere and only available at retail sites for way more money than originally purchased. Glad I got them for $115! I wasn’t willing to pay much more than that. Although I was searching for them for a long time I couldn’t bring myself to spend more than $150 on one pair of shoes. I’m usually a 6.5 in boys youth which I believe translates to a 8 in women’s so that’s what I got. I wish I would have gotten a 7.5 because they are a bit big. After all my searching for them I’m not going to worry with exchanging for a different size. I can make them work. The black and white shoes are a staple and can be paired with so many outfits to be dressed up or down. I love them and plan to have them for a long time.

When I first tried the Nike Offcourt Duo on, it felt pretty tight. I’m a true size 6, no matter the brand. Usually when people say to size up, I never have to. While the Offcourt Duo were a tight fit from the start, they did conform to my feet very quickly so I never dealt with any cutting into or discomfort while “breaking in”. However, I do recommend sizing up half a size if your feet aren’t true to size throughout brands. My initial perception on the design was that it was stylish enough for a sporty outfit but I really fell in love with them after going on a very long hike where I ended up with really sore and achey feet. I have other go-to shoes for those moments but I decided to try these on again. I figured that because my feet were so swollen that they would be uncomfortable but I also remembered that the sole of the Offcourt Duo were so soft that it would feel really good. As soon as I put them on, my feet felt so relieved and refreshed. To my surprise, even though my feet were swollen and they were a tight fit before the hike, they still fit really well and the cushion around the entire shoe was so soft and conforming that I seriously have not taken them off since. I’ve been wearing them everyday and finding more creative outfits to wear them with. These are my new go-to’s! I think what I appreciate the most about the Offcourt Duo is the moderate arch support. I tend to have issues with that and have typically opted for more support in the past but these had just enough support where anything additional was not missed at all despite having been on my feet a lot.
